The evergreen Angry Birds is coming out with a new multiplayer game Angry Birds Friends for the smartphone and tablet platform. Launched last year on Facebook, this version promises to bring a lot of goodies in terms of challenging, gifting and bragging with your friends.
The game will remain essentially the same, just with an additional multiplayer like mode and Facebook integration. For the first time ever the players can use their smartphone/tablet to challenge their Facebook friends in weekly tournaments for the bronze, silver and gold crown on the levels. Gather daily rewards, send and receive gifts of power-ups with your friends and brag about your accomplishments.
The game will be available for download on all iOS and Android enabled devices. There is no word on the release date yet.
