Mirror's Edge 2

Remember the awesome runner-action game that was Mirror’s Edge, released 2009? Mirror’s Edge, one could argue, was one of the few rare good games published by EA. The game was unique and did something that wasn’t done before, it was innovative, something that is lacking today, with EA being the at the epitome of so called modern day ‘innovation.’

EA never really spoke about any sequel to Mirror’s Edge, but we believe that is about to change. So what was it that tipped us off? Check this, a page appeared on the EA help website that is titled “Mirror’s Edge 2.” The page says nothing more.

Will EA announce Mirror’s Edge 2 during E3? We hope so.

UPDATE: EA has taken down the Mirror’s Edge 2 page. This kind of confirms that EA is planning to unveil Mirror’s Edge 2 at E3. Why, you might ask? What we think is that some auto program might have created the Mirror’s Edge 2 help page, and EA couldn’t help it. When it did appear and the news got out, EA took it down, to maintain the mystery. They’d only act so fast if they were worried about it, and this proves they are.
