The Hacker Evolution franchise is a series of strategy simulation games, developed by independent studio Exosyphen. The series consists of three games, Hacker Evolution, Hacker Evolution: Untold and Hacker Evolution: Duality, all included in the The Hacker Bundle. Along with the games, you get eight DLC add-ons if you buy the bundle. The entire package would normally retail at around $60 (INR 3600), so at almost fraction of the price, this is an absolute steal.
