E3 may not be a big event for mobile gamers, but this year they are in for a treat. Gameloft has released a teaser trailer for the next installment in the Modern Combat franchise.  We were all aware of the existence of Modern Combat 5: Blackout from a fairly long time, but few days back Gameloft released a new trailer for the game. No concrete information about gameplay has been made available yet. However, the game itself looks very gorgeous and it is definitely a step ahead for the Smart-Phones. The brief teaser confirms that the game will take place in Venice, Italy and gives us a glimpse of how the campaign missions will look like.

Modern Combat 5: Blackout will be available for IOS, Android and Windows Phone 8.

  1. No controller support = no purchase for me.
I don’t know why Gameloft is so against iOS7 MFI controller support. They haven’t added it to any of their games yet and iOS7 has been out for a while now. Very disappointing Gameloft. I thought for sure it would be in Modern Combat 5. It only makes sense. It would take the Modern Combat franchise to to next level.

  2. They should get off the CoD train and develop something unique. Instead of 99% copying Call of Duty for the phone.

  3. Guys we don’t have any confirmation if controller will be supported or not.
And it is different from COD for me
