FIFA 15 won’t have Brazilian domestic teams, EA announced yesterday.
EA sent this message on its official website, stating “changes in the ways players are licensed in Brazil domestic leagues” as the reason behind their exclusion. This also means that FIFA 15 will miss out on players such as Ronaldinho, Pato and Kaka.
However, the Brazilian national team will be there, and so will the Brazilian players who play for other leagues.
“Today, we want to inform you that due to some changes in the ways players are licensed in Brazil domestic leagues, we were unable to reach an agreement with the Brazilian rights holders for their inclusion in FIFA 15. While this is unfortunate news for many of our fans, we were able to retain the Brazil National Team in FIFA 15 as well as the Brazilian stars that play in other top leagues around the world,” EA said in their announcement.
EA did have the official licenses to 19 Brazilian football clubs in FIFA 14.
So if you’re looking to play with clubs such as Corinthians, Santos FC and Palmeiras, your best bet will be to switch to Pro Evolution Soccer 2015.
