Hurray! Its Happening!
Just a few weeks back we reported that the Xbox One will be launching in India during the month of September. Finally the wait is over and Indian gamers will now be able to get their hands on the Xbox One to soothe that next-gen Xbox itch. Game4U, India’s largest gaming retailer, has already started taking pre-orders for the Xbox One. Two different SKUs will be available starting 23rd September 2014. The Kinect-less Xbox One will retail for ₹39,990 and the Kinect version will retail for ₹45,990. With the launch of the Xbox One, Microsoft will be finally bringing the Xbox Live features that makes the Xbox the premium console for your living room.

Apps
The Xbox One will diversify itself by offering a huge variety of games and apps for the end user. The popular video streaming service, Twitch, will be available with the launch of the Xbox One. Voice commands will allow users to video capture the last 30 seconds of their gameplay simply by saying, “Xbox Record that”. Gamers will also be able to upload their gameplay to their personal OneDrive storage. The HDMI-IN pass through will give the ability to connect the Cable Boxes to the Xbox One. Gesture Controls will make navigating around the menu easy and fast. Skype video calls will help people to connect with other users around the globe.
Games
Game4U will launch the Xbox One with variety of games. People who are looking to buy the console will get the chance to indulge in the ultimate Titanfall experience. Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2 will be the two big exclusives available during the Xbox One’s Indian launch period. Sunset Overdrive is open world third person action game and is being developed by Insomniac Games. The game offers users a kick-ass arsenal and takes place in the near future. During the game, players will find themselves navigating the open world metropolis of Sunset city. The game puts a strong focus on agile combat which involves wall running, zip-lines and acrobatics. On the other hand, Forza Horizon 2 is one of the most gorgeous looking racing games with over 200 cars, a day and night cycle, dynamic weather system and cloud based AI (Drivatars). All these features make Forza a must buy for Xbox owners this fall. Besides the exclusives, many multi-platform games will be getting exclusive content for the Xbox.
- Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare – The biggest multi-platform shooter will get all content first on the Xbox One.
- Evolve – Turtle Rock Studios will offer Xbox One owners exclusive content and run a beta first on the Xbox One.
