A budding esports organization called Orangutan Gaming has recently opened its first esports training facility in India, The Forest. It has been claimed by the company to be one of the finest esports training facilities in the whole of South Asia. The facility was under construction for more than 1.5 years before opening to the public this year.
The facility’s architecture features internationally-inspired aesthetics. It has taken into consideration the regular nuances of content creators and athletes to deliver a favorable environment to help them grow, develop, and master their respective fields.
“The Forest is now getting decked up with more rosters, and content creators to show that while we are here to take part, we work with the mission to take over. This is just the beginning for Orangutan and there is a lot more to come.”
Yash Bhanushali, Founder at Orangutan
The facility is spread across 15,000 square foot with four-story building architecture to amass various teams of esport players and content creators. Each game, such as BGMI, FreeFire, and Valorant, has its own dedicated Esports section here. There is a dedicated space for content creators and the facility is available with the suitable resources to help them develop content for their supporters.
The forest has been given a customized look by the makers so much so that each room has a different theme. There are four gaming rooms, streaming rooms, one content room, editor’s arena, gym and additional facilities. A dedicated VOD room in the facility is also built to encourage and boosts the players further. This is another step from an Indian gaming company to raise the India’s global esports standing and iLLGaming appreciates it.
