Tera: Rising
Tera is a giant of a game both on its influence in the gaming market and the client size (> 25 GB). The true action Rpg is surprisingly fair to free players and incredibly fun. The concept of BAM (big ass monsters) and combined with the familiar of the mmorpg formula makes it the best of both worlds. With concepts such as aiming, dodging, and timing attacks makes the combat both intense and rewarding by making the player engaged. With the depth you expect from a traditional MMO, plus the intense gratification of action combat, TERA is the mmorpg to play this year.
Champions of Regnum / Regnum Online — Steam

There are monsters and an element of grinding with the PvE, but these are considered secondary to the war.
