Everybody is busy watching E3 2014 and to cash in on the opportunity, Microsoft India today revealed the Xbox One’s pricing and other details to the media for the first time.
Indian Gamers will be able to buy the Xbox One starting 23rd September 2014. It will retail for ₹39,990 for Kinect-less SKU and the Kinect version will retail at ₹45,990. Gamers who buy the Kinect version will be able to enjoy the extra benefits the Xbox One provides, which make it a pioneering living room system. The fun fact is that for the first time in history, the entertainment features Microsoft keeps on boasting about will be coming to India.
The Highlights:
1.DVR: With the help of Kinect you will able to quickly record last 30 seconds of your gameplay with a quick command “Xbox Record That”. Gamers can even upload that gameplay video to different video streaming websites.
2.App Functionality: A whole bunch of apps will be launching on Xbox One. Twitch and Machinima are the just of the two apps that you will be able to download. No word on the functionality of Xbox music and video was given.
3. Tv: Yes you will be able to watch TV with the help of the HDMI pass through on your Xbox One. So finally the Xbox owners will be able to enjoy the American Xbox dream.
If you are wondering about the launch titles, Microsoft will let you know about it in the coming weeks and months. There was no mention of the pricing of bundles and games. So fingers crossed that the prices of games are not the only thing that’s 4k ready about this console.
