At the Asian Games 2022, eSports will be featured for the first time. The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has announced eight competitions for medals. FIFA , a PUBG Mobile and Arena of Valor adaptation built specifically for the Asian Titles, Dota 2, League of Legends, Dream Three Kingdoms 2, Hearthstone, and Street Fighter V are the other games in the running for medals.
At stake in each competition are the coveted gold, silver, and bronze medals. There will be 24 medals awarded in total at the 2022 Chinese Olympic Games. Robot Masters and Virtual Reality Sports will also be played as exhibition events throughout the games.
India will enter this tournament with its 18-member contingent finalized after National Esports Championships.
League of Legends World Championship 2022
Date: It will start from Mexico City on 29th September and conclude in San Francisco on 5th November.
Place: The tournament will be taking place at multiple locations including online portals, New York City, Mexico City, Toronto and San Francisco.
About the Tournament:
The World Championship is the pinnacle event in League of Legends’ competitive scene. For its twelfth edition in 2022, the championship will feature competitions in Mexico City, New York, Toronto, and San Francisco. There are 12 teams from all over the world competing for the title of League of Legends world champion at this tournament. Twenty-four teams from Riot Games’ twelve professional leagues are competing over the course of a month. The Indian esport team will also be participating in this continental tournament.
Masters Tour 2022

The 2022 Masters Tour is comprised of a number of different tournaments, all of which bring together the best Hearthstone players from around the world to compete for a portion of the prize pool of $250,000 and the prestigious title of Masters Tour Champion. Every match is conducted over the internet utilising a best-of-five Conquest format and uses four decks. LCS 2022 Championships

The League Championship Series (LCS) is the highest tier of professional play in the United States and Canada. Asia Pacific Predator League 2022

About the Tournament:
The Asia Pacific Predator League returns for the fourth season in 2022. This year, the Grand Final will be held in Japan. There will be eleven teams competing from ten different APAC countries. Every country holds its own preliminary competitions in the months leading up to the main event. The contestants would be competing each other for winning the prize of $40,00,00 by playing PUBG and Dota 2.
The winners selected in Acer Predator League 2022 India will also represent India in this tournament. The dates for the Indian qualifiers have been announced. The registrations to participate in this event is open and one can compete in this series and try their luck to go to Japan for the finals.
The International 11
Date: The International 2022 (TI11) will be held Oct 15-30 with different phases. The playoffs are Oct 20-23 at SunTec Singapore, and the finals are Oct 29-30 at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The International is the most important Dota 2 eSports tournament of the year. After being postponed in 2020 due to COVID’s cancellation, the 2021 event ultimately took place that year. There have been no confirmed statements regarding the dates of The International in 2022, however the Winter Regional League will continue into that year.
The creators of DOTA 2, Valve, organize this international tournament where gamers from all around the world can compete against one another.
