CONCLUSION

Well from the results given above it is clear that the GTX TITAN simply outperforms any other single GPU. In most cases though, it was surpassed by the dual GPU GTX 690 at 1080p resolution, yet it is also confirmed that a GTX Titan SLI outperforms a GTX 690 SLI in every sense possible.

PRICE

The GTX Titan and the GTX 690 cost the same , they both hold the 999.99(USD) or 70,000(INR) price tags. Their comparison is not quite fair as we are comparing a Single-GPU to a Dual-GPU configuration. If you want to run games at 1920 x 1080 resolution and do not want to go through the hassles of configuring an SLI machine, them then the choice should obviously be the GTX 690, but if you want to play games at much higher resolution than the GTX 690 or the GTX 690 SLI, the GTX Titan or the GTX Titan SLI are much better options.

Well in this scene even the GTX 780 steps in as it is about 400(USD) cheaper than the GTX Titan, and when overclocked , is only about 10-15 % slower than the GTX Titan. So an SLI configuration of the 780 can also perform respectable numbers.

    • yeah. Looks like AMD is set to take the single GPU performance crown again. Beating a GTX Titan is a worthy spectacle.
