Epic Games has provided Sumo India Studios’ employees with specialised training as the company prepares them to begin using the newest and most powerful version of their games engine software, Unreal Engine 5.
Sumo India Companies, along with other Sumo Digital studios located around the world, are utilising this instrument in order to optimise the effects of the games that they are currently making. Unreal Engine is a well-known and frequently used game production engine. The training that was arranged by Epic Games provided twenty-five members of the Sumo India team with an in-depth look at some of the more popular technologies that are accessible within the engine.

The training was conducted by Arvind Neelakantan covering a magnitude of areas such as Lighting Setup, Importing Assets, Blueprints, Landscapes, Grass/Rocks/Vegetation, and Gameplay framework. Furthermore, Arvind led the group through a variety of subjects, including Character Setup and Movement, Input, Animation, Niagara Effects, and Sounds (Meta sounds). When building interactive scenes and shots, several of the unique characteristics of Unreal Engine 5 were demonstrated in the form of modules. These modules were used to create the scenes and shots.
