Right after Nvidia announced the launch of its latest RTX 40 series GPUs, the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 powered by Nvidia’s latest Ada Lovelace architecture, ZOTAC announced its own variants of the two flagship graphic cards.
ZOTAC will be offering the GeForce RTX 4090, 4080 16GB and 4080 12GB in three models – AMP Extreme AIRO, Trinity OC and Trinity.
ZOTAC AMP Extreme AIRO
The AMP Extreme AIRO will be ZOTAC’s flagship variant for the RTX 4090 and 4080. It features a counter-rotating fan, extreme power phase design and a strong metal die-cast. It also comes with all-around RGB lighting with 5 customizable zones. Named the SPECTRA 2.0 lighting system, it comes with unique animated effects and addressable RGB LEDs. There are 5 customizable lightning zones on the top, front, side and rear of the GPU. You will also get a 3-pin RGB header and a bundled cable if you want to add additional lighting.
Mounted on the AMP Extreme AIRO are triple fans that feature twice the height and blade width of the previous generation. There is also a colossal aluminum fin stack spanning the full length of the card, paired with a vapor chamber and up to nine composite copper heatpipes.
ZOTAC Trinity OC and Trinity
The Trinity OC and Trinity models will also features triple fans, although not counter-rotating and RGB lighting, although not as extravagant as the AMP Extreme AIRO. However, you still get the 3-pin RGB header with the bundled cable. These models will get the aluminum fin stack just like the flagship.
