Sahil Arora says:
I know this game doesn’t really qualify since it originally aired in 2011. But it took a 92,000-strong petition to convince Namco Bandai to have a PC version developed, and they did. They came up with Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. Dark Souls is a philosophical experience, a long-term meditation, and an 8000-meter summit climb. It will punish you at every step you take. Yet you seize to stop. You move on. because life’s hard and you’ve got to take it. And that’s the beauty of it. overcoming the difficulties the world throws at you. It makes you stronger, and willing to take on anything in your path.

Dark Souls is the type of game I’d call hardcore. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but eh, it ended up selling 1.19 million copies alone in the United States. So it’s good to see that such games are still appreciated by masses. This is gaming at its deepest level. And I’m going to be playing Dark Souls until Dark Souls 2 comes out later in the year. Cheers.

Sanam Puri says:
This game is something new for everyone, and I seriously recommend it. Please don’t die before playing this magnificent game. This game is perfectly balanced, full of surprises. You will have really bad days but good days too, because this is the most rewarding game on earth. In my opinion, this is the game of the year. Lifetime probably.
